Waffle Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Pizza

Southeastern Mills makes this breakfast so easy and gives it a made from scratch taste! I prepared their biscuit mix in my waffle maker, then topped the waffles with cheesy scrambled eggs and their gravy mix! Finally, I cut each waffle into 4 pieces to make it look like a pizza. This is such a fun breakfast for relaxing mornings during the holidays. Once you realize how convenient Southeastern Mills mixes are, you’ll be trying them out in all of your holiday recipes!

What I love about Southeastern Mills Baking and Gravy mixes are that they make meal preparation super easy and convenient, when you’re already pressed for time during the holidays. To make this recipe, I prepared the Southeastern Mills Buttermilk Pancake Mix according to the package directions and then heated it in my waffle maker. I also prepared the Southeastern Mills Country Gravy Mix, according to package directions. Once I had the waffles prepared, I prepared scrambled eggs on my stove top and mixed in shredded cheese.

Once everything is prepared ,I topped each of the waffles on individual plates with the cheesy scrambled eggs, and the country gravy mix. I garnished each plate with a small scoop of salsa. This Waffle Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Pizza is one of my families favorite breakfasts during the busy holiday season.
