Mother’s Day is coming up and I always like to spend time with my family on this day. Giving a paper card, such as Hallmark Signature Mother’s Day card is one of my favorite ways to tell my mom that I love her. I can include a special note to her and I always love to give the card to her along with a personal gift.
If we have family over, I like to set up a little crafting area for the kids. Since a lot of people tend to start their gardening after Mother’s Day, I thought it’d be fun to create some Flower Pot Coloring Tags that can be mod podged onto a 4″ terra-cotta pot! These make the perfect gift and kids (and adults!) enjoy making them! I always love to give a little personalized gift with a Hallmark Signature Mother’s Day card, it makes it more personal!
Walmart is again featuring a collection of Hallmark Signature cards for Mother’s Day, a line of premium, handcrafted greeting cards. They are different from other cards in that they have a special design to them or even a gift included with the card. In the photo above, you’ll see one card comes with a mug holder and the other one has a delicate carved wooden necklace. I love that my card is also a gift!
Hallmark offers a wide range of greeting cards at Walmart, from Seasonal (Mothers Day, Christmas, etc.) to Special Occasions (Birthdays,Graduation, etc).

Make Your Own Flower Pot Coloring Tags
It is so easy to make these Flower Pot Coloring Tags and I am even sharing a free printable that you can use.
At Walmart, go to the card section and find the NEW Hallmark Signature cards. As you’ll see in the photo above, they’re in their own section.
You’ll know it’s a Hallmark Signature card by the logo on the back!
Supplies:
4″ terra-cotta pot and lid
White paint
Jute string
Hot Glue Gun
Mod Podge
Sponge Brush
You’ll want two coats of paint on the bottom part of your pot. If you purchased a lid for your pot, you’ll want to paint it white, too. Then, wrap the top of your pot with the jute string and secure it occasionally with hot glue.
Next, you’ll want to print out the Flower Pot Coloring Tags template (HERE). Spend some time coloring the tags.
Once the tag is colored, you can mod podge it to the pot! Then, you’ll have your finished pot and you can fill it with whatever you want!
After your pot is done, you can present it to the lucky Mom with a Hallmark Signature card!
