Welcome back to another week of the Motivational Monday Link Up Party! This weekend we enjoyed a lot of time outside! We went to two parks in one day on Saturday.

Nathan's up early this morning running a mile with his karate school on the trail! I should have brought my running shoes so I could have hit the pavement, too!! #karate #running #trailrunning #theearlybirdgetstheworm Our second park this morning, can you believe it?! Hit the farmers market, had a yogurt pop and a crepe... Now kids are chilling in the fountains and next the playground. We all may need a nap when we get home! I am juicing as much as I can out of the las

Nathan had karate practice at Jefferson Barracks park and he did the 1 mile obstacle course. Then, we headed to Tower Grove park to shop the market, let the kids play in the fountains and pool and we had crepes at a food truck for lunch. I am so stuffed!

I hope your weekend is going well! I can’t believe the kids only have 3 weeks left of summer vacation!

Once again, sharing my meal plan today 🙂

Meal Plan Week 70

Sunday – Picnic Dinner
I love to do this occasionally for dinner… we have crackers, cheese and sausage cuts, fruit, sometimes a sandwich sliced up in small pieces (from Subway or Jimmy Johns) and a homemade dessert. We either eat it at a park, in our backyard OR just at home inside.
Monday – Date Night!

Kids are sleeping over at Grandma and Pa’s, so Brian and I are going to go out for dinner!

Tuesday – Ginger Marinated Steak Wraps
A meal we are trying with a new meal delivery service (will share details soon!)
Wednesday – Shrimp Po’Boys

A meal we are trying with a new meal delivery service (will share details soon!)

Thursday – Hobo Dinner, recipe HERE
What's for dinner you may ask?! A hobo dinner! 🍴 I made these foil packets filled with 3 seasoned meatballs each, sliced onion, chopped russet potatoes, half an ear of corn 🌽 and a sprinkle of salt. Can't wait for this to finish and to

We made this last week and it was SO good, we are going to make it again this week!

Friday – Spaghetti and Garlic Bread

Fridays are busy enough, so we are having this easy peasy meal!
Saturday – Food Truck Night
I have been wanting to do a Food Truck Night at one of the parks close to us and I found one at the sculpture park for this evening. I am excited to try some different foods! Hopefully it won’t be too crowded.

MM Party Rules

Ready to share what has been motivating you this past week? Link up a recent post of yours, something that motivates you to create or just be awesome! Our goal is for this link up to focus on craft, DIY, & home posts so please try to remember that when linking up.

  • Limit it to three links per week and remember to link directly to your post, not your blog.
  • Do not link stores, giveaways, or other link parties.
  • Be sure to hop around some of the other posts that have been linked up to share the love and get motivated by what others have been up to…because of course, this is Motivational Monday after all.

Each week, your hosts will choose a few posts to feature from the previous week. If you want a chance at being featured, you must follow all of the hosts. By linking up, you agree to let each host share your photo and link back to your site. Link party goes live Sunday 6pm PST and ends Thursday at 5pm PST.

Feel free to grab a Motivational Monday button in the sidebar to put on your own blog if you want to help spread the love!

MM Feature

DIY Cupcake Liner Wreath
Untitled
I enjoy making wreaths and have made several since I started my DIY/crafting blog. Lately, it seems cupcake liner wreaths are all the rage. I fell in love with Michelle at Dandelion Patina’s DIY cupcake liner wreath the instant I saw it. Her creative take on forming individual florets with several liners is inventive and gorgeous. Be sure to check out her blog to see more photos on the creative process and the finished wreath. You’ll be blown away by her creativity.

Don’t forget to grab this button if you’ve been featured. Copy the HTML in the box below to display the button.
