Painting Sheet from the Library

August 5, 2009 Leave a Comment

When I signed the kids up for the library program, they gave me 2 coloring sheets for each child to color to bring back for a prize. I had Nathan color both sheets and in return he got a painting sheet as his prize. I remember these as a kid, the paint is on the piece of paper and you take a q-tip dipped in water to rub some of the paint off so you can color the image below.

Nathan with his painting sheet. Nathan doesn’t like to get ‘messy’ so this was a GREAT project for him because only the q-tips got dirty!

Getting the q-tip wet (his favorite part)

Painting – he looks so serious!

Nathan ‘sampled’ each color

Maybe I need to get him into painting… I see some crafts in the future! :o)-
