Well, today at work, I decided to email a lady that has been leaving her magazines in the lactation room at work. Her name was on the magazine and I wanted to see what times she went down to pump so I can decide when I should go down. She wrote me back and there is actually another lady that pumps and she has a May 2006 toddler, too! So, there is three of us pumping… Karen (the lady I emailed) suggested that we should all go out to lunch in a few weeks on a Friday. She is inviting 2 other moms that we work with so it’ll be 5 of us. It should be a lot of fun to meet some fellow moms that are pumping and that have babies under 1. I know two of the ladies, but the other 3 I don’t even know what they look like! I work in a big building so there is a lot of people outside my department that I don’t know. What is funny is that one of the lady’s used to be in Human Resources and was the one that did my initial interview almost 6 years ago! She is in sales now… Anyway, it was fun emailing them today and we all shared photos. I was glad to hear that Camille’s son (the May 2006 toddler) is being difficult with potty training, too!
I also wanted to share a photo of the roses, bear and chocolates that Jeremi sent to me at work for Valentine’s Day. I took them home today so I can enjoy them allll weekend.
